ŞTİ., we attach importance to the security of your personal data that we process in our capacity as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. For this reason, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and related secondary legislation for the purposes and legal grounds listed below:

Communication: Your personal data is processed to manage the communication forms submitted through our website and to contact you in line with your request.

Legal Obligations: Your personal data may be processed, transferred, and retained for the period required by applicable legislation if any legal provision binding on the Company makes this necessary.

Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data

The Company processes personal data when at least one of the legal grounds specified in the Law is present. The legal grounds on which the above data processing purposes rely are as follows:

The conduct of the commercial activities listed above, the execution of contracts, and the fulfilment of contractual obligations are carried out on the legal basis of establishing or performing a contract as stated in Article 5/2(c) of the Law.

Data processing activities carried out for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations are based on the legal ground set out in Article 5/2(ç) of the Law.

Where personal data is processed for the resolution of disputes, this is based on the legal ground of the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right under Article 5/2(e) of the Law.

Activities based on service improvement, customer satisfaction, and communication purposes are carried out on the legal ground of legitimate interest under Article 5/2(f) of the Law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, within the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, with the Company's business partners, suppliers from whom external services are procured, and relevant public institutions and organizations when required for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

Within the scope of the services we provide and the processing purposes stated above, the Company may collect your personal data through membership and communication forms on the website.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a data subject, you may apply to the Company and request:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate and to request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other applicable legislation, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to the Company in accordance with the application procedures set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the Company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
